SO FINE – Technical Structure and Product Features

1. System Structure and Modularity

• The SO FINE model consists of a modular system comprising:
• 80–100 cm wide base units,
• Acrylic countertops,
• Ceramic Ruby washbasins,
• Tall cabinets,
• 70–90 cm wide LED mirror modules.
• All modules are designed to work in perfect harmony.

2. Base Unit Structure and Lighting

• The body and doors of the base unit are shaped and dimensioned using CNC milling.
• Integrated handle details are crafted in CNC machining centers using special aggregate cutters.
• Drawers feature the Hettich InnoTech Atira mechanism.
• Lighting is provided by a system that activates automatically when the drawer is opened:
• Special Flex LED lighting,
• Water-resistant IP67 transformer and sensor system.
• All surfaces are coated with high-gloss acrylic lacquer, followed by a buffing and polishing process to achieve high brilliance.

3. Surface Coating and Intermediate Material Details

• The section between the acrylic countertop and the base unit:
• Is manufactured from MDF-based,
• Stainless steel-look,
• Anti-scratch PVC material.
• All visible surfaces, including this section, are finished with high-gloss acrylic lacquer + buffing & polishing applications.

4. Acrylic Countertop Technology

• The countertop is produced from anti-bacterial, acrylic-based, ATH-filled cast material.
• As it is manufactured by curing with acrylic, it does not possess carcinogenic properties unlike polyester-based materials.
• The special backsplash structure completes the product's form.
• Final shaping is performed on CNC machines,
• An exceptionally smooth and anti-bacterial surface is achieved using special pneumatic sanders.
• Upon request:
• Production with seamless joints using special adhesives,
• Usage in amorphous forms is possible thanks to its thermoforming property.

5. Tall Cabinet and Interior Fittings

• The body and doors of the tall cabinet are shaped and dimensioned using CNC milling.
• Integrated handle details are crafted in CNC machining centers using special aggregate cutters.
• All surfaces are coated with high-gloss acrylic lacquer, followed by a buffing and polishing process to achieve high brilliance.
• Flotal mirror is used on the door.
• Shelves are manufactured from 6 mm polished-edge glass.
• A smoked Flotal mirror is featured on the back panel.
• Flex LED lighting and mirror reflections used in the interior provide a deep and homogeneous light experience.
• Hanging hardware:
• Level-adjustable,
• Featuring decorative covers.
• The base unit also includes a level-adjustable deep cabinet hanging bracket.

6. Mirror Module and Smart Control Systems

• Mirror surface:
• Sandblasted with specialized laser CNC,
• Finalized using CNC cutting and edging (polishing) machines.
• Touch sensors located behind the mirror:
• Control the anti-fog (defogger) system,
• Control the backlighting,
• Control the internal logo lighting.
• The panels behind the mirror are coated with high-gloss acrylic lacquer, followed by a buffing and polishing process to achieve high brilliance.
